The world has changed, and I’m In The Spotlight has changed with it.

For generations, modeling and talent training followed many of the same traditions: learn a runway walk, practice a few poses, build a portfolio, and hope someone discovers you.

Those skills still have value, but they are no longer enough.

Today, models, performers, pageant contestants, content creators, speakers, influencers, entrepreneurs, and professionals are being discovered in completely different ways.
